Community banks that are well established within a local community often find it challenging to reach beyond their neighborhood’s footprint and attract new customers. Our work with Wallkill Valley Federal Savings And Loan began when the institution began to look beyond its three established locations with the desire for growth. During our collaboration, we aided WVFSL in the acquisition of six additional locations. Our strategy included establishing brand standards, the creation of signage at each location, collateral materials to be used within each branch, designed a trade show booth and a brand new website. We also worked with the board of directors, the leadership team, and branch managers to ensure that the message that was being communicated to the public was a reflection of what was happening within the walls of each branch. We worked to increase the brand presence within the community and ultimately increase sales through an advertising strategy that included: Digital Display Ads, Radio and Televisions Spots, Print Ads, and a content-rich strategy that included blogs, and a talk show-inspired video series, and a full social media campaign.
